6-Month Warranty Policy for Watches

Warranty Coverage: Ghadiyali House provides a limited warranty on watches purchased directly from our website for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in machine under normal use.

What is Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in machine that arise during normal use of the watch. The Company, at its discretion, will repair or replace the watch, or its components, free of charge, if it is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.

• Cancellation before dispatch is allowed.
• Users can cancel orders before they are dispatched by GhadiyaliHouse.
• Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status.

• Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.
